At Dash and Scout, we believe that learning happens best when we grow together. One of the most powerful parts of our Dave’s Place weekends is peer mentorship. Our mentors watch participants not only learn new skills but also step into leadership roles that encourage and inspire others.

Our peer mentors work alongside our teachers to welcome participants, prepare the space, and guide their peers. They model leadership in everyday ways like setting up meals, supporting activities, and being a steady, encouraging presence for their peers.
